Police on Saturday recovered two bodies in Channi Himmat and Railway Station areas here.
Police said that body of one Darshan Kumar, 50, son of Puran Chand of House Number 44, Sector 2 Channi Himmat was found at Adarsh Vihar in Sainik Colony area here.
“We have shifted the body to the GMC Jammu. He might have slipped when gone to attend nature’s call,” police said, adding that a case has been registered and investigation started.
Meanwhile, another body of one Ajay Kumar Age 35/36, resident of West Bengal, was recovered from footpath near police martyrs memorial Railway Station Jammu and shifted to GMC for the post-mortem.
